hey i am having a doubt can anybody send an email by using only dhtml if so please send me mails

Nope, you will need to use a program on a server somewhere to do this.

You can use an HTML FORM to populate a new email through the user's default email client. This will trigger a warning on the user side, and you cannot cause the email to be automatically sent.
