I know you guys all worship toms dhtml lib (too right it kicks ass)

but.. remember the awesome brainjar dhtmllib?! ages ago Scott Andrew of

made a gecko extension of it, I imploer you guys to take a look, its a really nice library, really easy to use! there is no event stuff in there, but hey theres none in toms

To be honest I don't really like using other people's libraries/APIs. I have a small custom one that does the basics (moveMe, moveBy, moveTo, get-height,-width,-top,-left etc.) and then customise it for each application.
It can get unweildy; a VERY geeky analogy is the difference between a RISC chip or a 64-bit games console's chip.

That's just my opinion though...
