CoolMenus3 & FoldoutMenu 3

I'm using CoolMenus3 in a top frame which opens a FoldOutMenu3 in the center page. The CoolMenus works great but does anybody knows why would the FoldoutMenu works in NS4 but not in IE5 (works when used without frames).
