modification to foldoutmenu3 with spacing probs

I modified the foldoutmenu3 found at:
http://www9.ewebcity.com/skripts/foldout3/LaunchFold3.htm by Icestorm and Evil Ted, a modification of the standard foldoutmenu3, although i suspect I'd also have the problem with the normal version. I modified the treeControl.js file to give clicking on the text of a menu a different action than clicking on an arrow. On my page, for example, clicking on 'student computer services' under ITS brings up a page which will describe student computer services as a whole, while clicking the arrow only expands the menu to show menus within student computer services. You'll notice that the spacing of the text on the sub-menus is lined up just a few pixels off from where it should be. The yahoo.com menu tree is lined up fine, but none of its menus have links as text. i can't figure out what is causing the spacing problem when there is a link, although its probably something simple.

The modifications are mostly to fold_make_link and fold_style
