A question for Dan ::::

Hey Dan !
I couldn't help notice your coding for the DHTML splash animation at the start of pupius.net.
Well you see , I decided to have a go at customising the message for fun, as I was bored.

Little did I know that EACH letter had to be positioned correctly to make it work just right.
Well, the question is :: Did that take you long ?!!?

And did you manually code their co-ords , or did you use a proggie ?
I eventually made my message, but after about 30 mins or so !!

yeah, I coded it by hand, took me a while - copied the coordinates from PhotoPaint into a PHP which then generated the DIVs (that made it a bit quicker).
It was the fact that it took me so long that gave me the idea for the GridObject, except I decided to take it one step further and allow the complete manipulation of each pixel.

I'd be interested to see what you've come up with.
