I noticed something a little earliers, on most websites you go to in IE beside the URL you get a little icon of the IE Symbol HTML document icon like thing. But on http://www.designiskinky.com/index_main.html they have there own little icon, of the cool little squirral, how did they get that to work??

you have to have an icon editor software (look for iconforge, for instance). Then in an image editor make a square image in gif or jpg. Try not to make it too big, the bigger the more it will loose definition when resizing. Then you have to resize it to 16x16 pixels. Enter to IconForge and open image. Change to 16x16 and 256 colors. Save as favicon.ico and place the file in your server root. You're done.
