Mouse/Events Tutorial

I was wondering dhtmlcentral could come out with a tutorial on Event handling for NS4 IE5 and NS6 (or at least the first two). I'm especially interested in moving stuff with the mouse cursor, and have been running into some problems. So a quick tutorial would be nice.
