Help! Looking for a webhost

Hi, I was wondering if you guys can help me. I'm helping my friends start up a website. I have a friend who will be creating the site about only 5 to 7 pages big. They will be selling abt 5 products only.
I've been researching the web and there's so much webhosts. Do you guys have any suggestions on any webhosts. We are looking for one with great customer service since we're all new to this and is reliable and site is always up.

Thanks a lot!! Will definitely take a look @ their sites. Will probably register with registrationmania.com and will still have to do more research for a webhost.
