Space to the right of bkground bar in downloads

In all my downloaded files, if there is a horizontal background bar, there is a small space to the right of it. Meaning, it's not truly 100% in width.

I can't seem to find anything in the forums. How do you get rid of this? I noticed the dhtml site itself doesn't have it. You'd have to check the downloads to see what I mean. Thanks!

I'm facing the same problem in IE 6. Have you solved this problem? I know it's been a while 2002....
