Line 65 Character 20 of coolmenus4.js.
The example from dhtmlcentral "frames_version" frameset1.html
will fail if you select "news - newest news - ie7 is out".
Then hovering the cursor over "news" will show this error.

Update to this post....
Turn on debugging for IE and Display Notification for errors..
Go to http://www.fueloptimizer.ca/York_Downs/Start.html
Select "Whats new", then hover the cursor over the home button.

PS.I got to this forum using IE6. From dhtmlcentral's main menu,
you can't get to here using IE7...
