Menu Placement Wrong in IE

That page works great in Firefox but the menu gets pushed down in any version if internet explorer. Has anyone seen this before? It looks like in IE the menu is seeing the wrong "top of the page".

It was a problem that IE handles position from the top based on the element its in where firefox goes from the top of the page no matter what. I just moved the code up higher in the page and it fixed things.
