Need to Be Fluid

Hi,

I know this is a repeat post. I have searched and searched for the answer. Seems it always is kind of close but I just can't get it to work.

What I need is this, The nav bar on the right but fluid so it moves along with the page to compensate for different screen resolutions and window sizes. I now have it on the left as I found a post with this code but I have no idea how to make it go to the right.
