Create/Load submenu itens on the fly

It's possible to load submenus on the fly with coolmenus4?
I mean... When the page is loaded, it comes only with the level 0 menu options, when I call the mouseover event it loads the level 1 menu options from another js file with lots of makemenu calls, etc?
