"It has been difficult to locate detailed enough information concerning JavaScript and DHTML support with respect to browser and OS version to make any definitive statement as to which pieces of the currently proposed functionality will not be present in various browser/OS combinations."

One of our developers posted this in our project forum. Is there any web resource that outlines browser and os support for various levels of dhtml function? Thanks.
