FoldoutMenu2 is not shown

i've been mistaken with javascript function call for child elements - should be subfoldmenu(), not foldmenu().
anyway, it doesn't help.
my debugging discovered that if i do not have even one element of third level (Sub n_n_n), FoldoutMenu2 would not be displayed!
but why? how can i make it work if i don't have such depth?
