My vertical scroll isn't working

I just updated my navigational bar and now my vertical scroll isn't working. I only updated the nav bar on one page. The remaining pages still have the old nav bar. Is the vertical scroll script not compatible with the top nav III script? Any help anyone could offer will be GREATLY appreciated. Here's the site where I'm having the problem www.jerzjewelz.com.
