mouseover script

I am looking for a mouseover script that will show text when moved over a graphic. similar to an "alt" but not the same size as the original graphic. I'm using a gif of a CD cover and want to show a list of songs when mouseover. Any suggestions?

Get the element or the mouse position and then show a div with the list of songs.
there are plenty of scripts available, last time I saw one was on javascript.com
