Problem with script.

Hey guys, I'm a total newb at scripts.

I need your help. I installed your ScrollText script which kicks ass by the way..the only problem I face is that Internet Explorer always blocks the content saying that internet explorer has restricted the file from showing active content.
Now once you allow the active content then there are no hassels but, I cant have it on my website as ppl might not understand how to do it.

What I need to know is...What do I do so that Internet Explorer does not block the content.

This is really important guys. Any help will do.
